the part we are talking about on this topic with pics posted by humsk is the ash tray/cover from the Octavia II .also sold by superskoda for €59.....NOT the little round tub thingy called the ash tray for the yeti,hope this helps to find the part no and uk price,might be worth posting on the Octavia forum but from humsk,s post it appears this has been tried.
