As above as anybody seen the new intercooler been develop for the fabia vrs. Looks twice the size as the forge one.

The only ones I can find is for the pd130 and two litre tsi none for the 1.4 on airtec website

I found it on there facebook page and Instagram from the lad who had it done.

Hi,some great cobra exhausts on ( you tube) I like the look and sound from the green vw scirocco and same engine as my vrs cthe.(also the green focus rs).

It is not a CAVE / CTHE engine in a Sirroco is it.  Lower Powered 1.4 or a variety of various 2.0 TSI

looks like I've found my new intercooler looks miles better than the forge one! 

There on ebay now £380 or £480 with hoses comes with in silver or black

It looks gd. Who will b the first to buy and try!

There is a lad on Instagram that is running this intercooler. They used his car for development

I'll be bummed if it produces good power, seeing as I've just bought and fitted a forge one :L

Although the airtec claims it takes hours to fit! The forge only takes an hour?!

I like how it's taller but I don't like the look of it as you can see it. I like it looking oem with forge one.

Hmm, because it is taller it's covering the radiator up. Do you think this will make the radiator less effective and the radiator warm the intercooler up more which would defeat the purpose?

Forge, APR and Wagner have all gone for the same sort of design, so I'd imagine they probably know what works best? I also like the OEM look of the forge too.

so everyone thinks this wont perform as good as the forge intcooler ?

Not sure, the gains aren't big anyway. Certainly not double figures.

The intercooler ends are really big and maybe stop the radiator from being as good as it should be.

Do we have any reports on this intercooler?

dont think anyone has run it here yet.... I will try it when the time comes
