Yesterday I received an email from a local skoda dealer who have carried out warranty work on my Rapid.  Apparently my car is due a cam belt change .  It is less than 2 years old and has not yet got 5K on the clock.  When I mesaged them back after some ummming and running about they said that email has been sent out in error to many of our customers. !!!! :|

Out of interest when is a cam belt change for a diesel?

 

My last car was 10 years / 125000 miles - which fortunately someone else paid for, as I replaced it for the Spaceback  .
