Featured Replies

Came in the post today. Happy with it and reception seems fine however doesn't sit flush like the original as you can see in pic below. Anyone have one that sits flush?

Yes its muck. Spent hours cleaning it last weekend and driven it twice! This bloody weather + white car = [emoji107]

Looks good, apart from not fitting properly at the base - always a problem with these aftermarket ones (only stubby aerial I ever had that fitted properly was for my C4, but that was actually a genuine PSA part, so that's the only reason it fitted the aerial base properly).

I had this same one for my mk2 octy and it fitted well.... Was disappointed it didn't on the rapid.

Yep same here, very limited trips for me just lately. When I do go out it has to be a differnt route as my usual route takes me past a building site, my car when going that way this weather always comes back with a covering of mud that's been flicked over it.

Buying a white car seemed like such a good idea. Its looks so good if you don't drive it....

Can't agree more. I didn't really care when my 12 year old navy blue Fiat Brava got dirty, not too much with my yellow Fabia. But my god, if my brand new, only ever owned by me Rapid gets a spray of mud down the side it kills me!!

Being a midlander, I drove to Plymouth and back for new year, in rain, loads of surface spray etc it was practically black marble when it came back I was mortified. I had to get it cleaned the next day Hahaha.

Why not ? At least it will look smooth and as if it is all one.

Can prob make you one if ya want

I do like the OEM stubby aerial. No loss of reception.

Yeah +1 on the megs tyre gel. Never found better

Makes the wheels look like a pea on a drum......

Made this one at work today. Just tried and it fits fine. Spray it in a bit, the same colour as the rear spoiler.
