Give it a good tug it will come off. It has a barb on the thead

tried that - it comes loose, but wont come any further!

Tug harder.

Unscrew it all the way then tug. It will come off.

Nope, right the first time. Although I've never had an aerial nabbed. Worst thing I had nicked was 2 out of my 4 Skoda dustcaps. :grumpy: Why only 2?! :confused:
