Hello!

I have just noticed  a noise like a fog horn, it's not very loud and only seems to be there when the engine is cold and ticking over.

The car is a Fabia 3 Estate 1.4 TDI. Has anyone a clue if I should be worried about it, it's a 59 plate with 37k on the clock.

My 58 plate 1.4 TDI had this noise, it came from the vacuum block under the bonnet. It's located on a bracket above top shock mounting. Never caused any problems but did get a bit annoying.
