Sounds fun to me, I love Oulton Park

I've never been - Oulton is another one I wanted to tick off my list

 

Price is £199 so quite high but it is a weekend and I work Monday-Friday.

 

Ben - there are already a few other Clios going, you should come and join us! I managed to find a Premier Inn not too far from the track for £50 a night as well. I've booked a garage which I'm happy to go halves on.

Is there anyone other than Tom and BJB booked in for this? I'm thinking of going to this as it's my weekend off and also the weekend where I finish my job would be something to unwind, there's 14 places left so could get in, it's 2 and a half hours drive from here so not too strenuous but a bit of a distance. And I'd be in a bog standard 1.2 Fabia. I have the Rockingham national booked too but maybe use this as practice. Would I just be a moving roundabout?

Have you driven on track before? In a 1.2 you would probably be spending a lot of your time getting out of other cars way. I would also recommend you get tuition if it's your first time out - it will make you smoother, quicker and less likely to go off the black stuff.

There is another 172 booked in but it's Andrew not Ben. And no I haven't driven on track before, I might give this one a miss for now and just go to the national. Don't want to go and be a roundabout for all the others.
