Saw my first "brembo" brake calipers today

Featured Replies

You know the ones - From China, Red plastic stick on pieces of tat?  At first glance I thought they were real.  :D

On a beetle turbo I was helping the owner out with some VCDS work.  Turns out he bought the car with them fitted, but had a blowout and couldn't get spare over the plastic cover.  Had to jimmy off the cover and get rid of the glue before the spare wheel would go over it. :D

Oh dear...

My mate works for his dad at an old Jag breakers yard, they got a 'Pimped up' XJ in once which had 22's on and a silly exhaust to name some of the changes. He rang me up asking me to sort prices at work for caliper brackets to fit Brembo's to his Supra as it came with fitted with them front and rear.

An hour later I got a phone call telling me not to bother as he had removed the wheels to find out they was only covers, he was gutted to say the least haha.
