The mk4 golf uses a round top mount bush which sits inside the chassis, and then a cup is placed on top through the centre hole and bolted together.

On the fsbia, they're mounted using the 3 small holes around the centre hole.

The centre hole on the fsbia is too small to take the retaining cup for the mk4 top mount. Make this hole large enough to fit the cup... And you're done.

Mk4 coilovers iirc bolt to the hub where fabia ones fit inside the hub. Fabia ones are tapered down at the bottom to fit the hub.
