Hi, I have owned my Skoda Octavia for 10 years now and it has covered 201,400 miles. It has has been great, however now it is not running too well, After reading the codes I have replaced the MAF, however now the engine revs high and the only code I have now indicates the camshaft sensor. This is a 1.6 and it looks as if it is not a job for an amateur with limited time, you have to remove the camshaft sprocket. The 1.4 and 1.8 look very easy. Can anyone advise. Many thanks.
