Fabia vrs o/s/f coil spring replacement

Hope you can help

Need to replace snapped coil spring and before I dive in and start i'am hoping for some pointers

1) is it easier to remove shocker with hub still attached

2) if removed from hub. Is the shocker/keyed as to get correct alignment and stop shocker going into far

3) is the anti roll bar link arm easy to disconnect ie spanner/Allen key to stop it turning or just get a new one

Anything else I need to know would be great
