I noticed this happening on my Fabia yesterday when I washed it , not good and only to get worse over time

 

Seems to be a well known issue on other models so might be a reminder to check your own , especially if you are getting near the end of warranty

Had this happen on my MK1 Fabia vRS. Thankfully the screen was a replacement anyway so it was renewed FOC.

 

Not sure where Skoda UK stands on this though but it could be worth a call.

Yeah it's a known issue with the Fabia screen my 08 plate had this after 3 years
