Will this fit a standard exhaust or does it need to be fitted to a miltek rear section?

Std exhaust is 2.25 inch diameter I believe so will need a bit of modding but nothing major

Just needs a 2.5"-2.25" reducer to fit the standard system, £9 on ebay.
