I have a VAGCOM 12.12 (Not Ross Tech genuine) and there are lot of missing CODING INFORMATION from different ECU’s.

ECU’s without this BYTE-BIT information are:

-          09 CENT. ELECT.

-          13 AUTO DIST. REG.

-          19 CAN GATEWAY

-          42 DOOR ELECT. DRIVER

-          52 DOOR ELECT. PASS.

-          5F INFORMATION ELECT.

 

Please, anybody have this information files from Ross Tech?

If not, please, anybody have screen shoots of these information’s?

If you had a genuine cable then upgrading from Rosstech is free and you will be on the right version of software for it to work. Your version above is a copied cable so you won't get much help here.

 

I will leave the post here in case it helps Rosstech (who are members here) in their fight against piracy and then it will be removed in seven days.

You need latest version 14.10.1 (at least) for working on Octavia 3.  I have already tested mine on one.

Try going to Rosstech site and download 14.1, when connected to the car check ABOUT and it should be GREEN LICENCED if it's genuine.

I have downloaded software 14.10.1, the last one, and when tried to make TEST into OPTIONS I receive the error message: Interface not found.

It only works using software version 12.12
