Best shampoo...

Featured Replies

Ok, so I've been using Chemical Guys Glossworkz shampoo for the last couple of years. The dilution rate is so good on this stuff that it lasts such a long time!

As I'm finally starting to run out, I popped to order some more and it's out of stock on CYC. So contemplating trying something else.

So... what recommendations do you guys have for a shampoo that doesn't strip any LSP? Is there anything neutral out there that helps to prevent water spots?

I'll be using Sonax BSD after washing most times if it helps...

Thanks

Should try my gold class, I quite like it. Picked it up 3 for 2 in frauds a while ago. Has lasted well over 12 months and still got half left too!

Meguires Gold

Got a lot of time for Chemical Guys products, either of those are great. Have used the Glassworkz before.

Remember the Wash and Wax will add more protection to what you already have, albeit only slight. May not layer well with BSD.

Think I may go for the above link. Seems to have excellent reviews (as does Gold Class).

Anyone know how the BSD will react to it? Chris!?!!!... ;)

If you want a great shampoo for slickness and value for money:

My favourite is Meguiars Gold Class

Buy from EuroCar Parts or 3 for 2 @ Halfords

Indeed.... wounded bank account once again :D

That will be just a scratch. Add 'styling and care' to your watched list and you'll see what I mean.....

I try not to look on this section too often...  If I'd have looked properly tonight I would've spent over £100 on that site!! Most I spent in one go was a shocking £250!!!  :notme:  :S  :$$$:

"Fixed That For You"...not my acronym as I pinched it from other threads on Brisky!

Chemical Guys Citrus Wash & Gloss is very good too especially if you like Glossworkz. It cleans very well, is very economical and leaves behind a very glossy shine.

That and zymol are my two favourite shampoos at the minute.

I like  Zymol myself does a good job nice shine and smells of coconut lovely...

i tried detailers passion supersudz cherry shampoo and thought it was very good and smells great too, another one fair priced i really is the strawberry smelling shampoo from obsessive detail both very good products
