Superb II with great discount or Superb III with Euro 6?

I am a newbabe to the fornum.

I am interested in buying a Superb Elegance 170bhps DSG Estate. I understand that the current out-going model (Superb II) is Euro 5 complaint. In view of the Boris's pending new ULEZ charge (possibly other cities as well) which only exempts Euro 6 diesel cars, I wonder if I should wait for a few months for the Superb III which is Euro 6 compliant or should I buy Superb II with 20% to 25% discount now?
