I pod retro fit

Featured Replies

Thinking about a used Octavia 111 estate. Very few seem to come up with Mitsumi and without full I pod integration will go elsewhere. Has anyone had an Ipod fitted to a Bolero radio ?, not interested in using the aux in or Bluetooth streaming I want it to work through the steering wheel controls and be charged in use

Bolero has both SD card and USB slots if that helps, I have a 32gb SD card and a 32GB USB drive.

Useful thing is the car remembers where you were on each media type so USB = kids stories / audio books, SD = music. Easy to switch between the two.

Any with the columbus will control the ipod via usb, without need for mitsumi

Snet with speeling mistkaes from my phoen

I have an Elegance with the Amundsen it [emoji19]

Yeah, sorry.. That was directed at the OP... He may not realise that used cars with columbus units have the functionality they require without the need for mitsumi

Controlling Bluetooth audio via the steering wheel controls works fine with my Columbus and iPhone at least. I just use USB for charging.

What a cracking idea. Thanks.
