I have 1.3mpi engine sitting spare for my Felicia rally car, I'm going to fully strip it down And rebuild it, but while its apart what can I do to get more horse power?

I was thinking about port an polish the head, skimming the head and block an fitting webbers or dellortos, I already have a 4 branch an air filter, the ecu has been chipped.

If anyone has done this before any information would be of much help

Adding a turbo is the most effective solution.

Or if you want to smash any competition, fit in a 1300cc Hayabusa engine.
