I quite like that.

Looks good, not so sure with the sports seats in the bright red fabric though.

Not bad. Thank goodness they've dumped the tacky black plastic.

Surely the rear drums have gone as well?

I was looking for the Fabia Monte Carlo Estate walk around but have not found.

Skoda Rapid Spaceback Monte Carlo looks OK though.

Less gaudy seats will be good, even leather as an option or Alcantara !!

(& is Red the new Racing Blue, more photogenic.)

Looks very much like a red Fabia :)

Are those headlights xenon? Wasnt an option when I ordered, but I really would like to have, as Ive got used to that fabulous light from the present Merc.

Red seats I like - big muckle internal lights I don't.  :D

The lights aren't Xenon, just projector beam headlights just like current Fabias. The seats look much better in the Spaceback without the red fabric on the back like the Fabia Monte Carlo.

Doesent look too bad, still hoping they do a vrs at some point though

Same spec as my car but with black bits outside and red bits inside. Think its a little tacky

Any ideas on when this will be available to the UK? Quite interested in the estate version...

I was told around September when I was in the dealer's two weeks ago, they may even be bringing a special edition out in time for the 65 reg but that hasn't been confirmed yet.

A good colour if you're a homicidal axe murderer though, not sure whether that was Skodas intended customer base :notme:

PS...I like them though

So they fit DSG, but forget the DSG best feature; paddles on the steering wheel; will they ever learn?

Paddles will make my car! Oh and mirrorlink working!

I was looking at the Fabia Estate SE-L 110 and been holding back until the Smartlink/Mirrorlink stuff is sorted but this looks great and has made up my mind to wait for this edition.

Is it confirmed that the DSG won't come with paddles on the steering wheel? I'm happy with a manual but having the paddle shift would be the icing on the cake.

The new ŠKODA Fabia Monte Carlo will also be available in the markets from June – as a hatchback and estate. With its attractive look, rugged interior and comprehensive range of new equipment, the ŠKODA Fabia Monte Carlo is one of the most exciting vehicles in its class. Most important features: black 16- or 17-inch alloy wheels, optional sports suspension, black exterior design features, SunSet (tinted rear window and rear side windows) as well as a tinted panoramic glass roof. Amongst other features, the interior comes with a leather three-spoke sports steering wheel, black interior as well as uniquely designed sports seats. Available since 2011, the second-generation ŠKODA Fabia was the first ŠKODA production model on the market in the Monte Carlo version. In 2014, the Czech manufacturer expanded its Monte Carlo range to the Citigo, Yeti and Rapid Spaceback models. The Monte Carlo design is a tribute to ŠKODA’s 114-year tradition in motorsport success.

They get lost in the translation at the Skoda Media department.

What part of the 'Monte Carlo design' pays tribute,

is it not only the name Monte Carlo that has anything to do with Motorsport or tradition?

Ive just ordered one... Work now giving me a company car allowance and I want My VRS to live on for another owner, I've done too much to it to kill it doing 30,000 miles per year for work!

It will be going up for sale when I get the delivery date... keep posted for those who want one or want another ;)
