Hi folks, I`ve got some whispbar roof bars but after testing them today with my sunroof fully open they don`t have the clearance for the roof to pass under them. 

Any recommendations?

I have Thule bars on mine, just standard ones and the clearance is fine. Have to put them a little further back than I would normally do so the roof stops clear of the rear one. The rails taper in towards the back. Need to change to a more aerodynamic bar, but from what can tell with the feet, they will still sit at the same height.

I tried my whipsbars but the front still catches :(

I`ve decided to just attach and remove the bars as & when I need my bike racks on instead of leaving them on all the time saving loads of money lol!
