Whilst browsing I found that Demon Tweeks do an AutoStyle retrofit coming home lights kit .

Anybody got any experience of these kits just wondering if it will confuse a Canbus system

Those aftermarket kits are really simple, a light sensor & control box then outputs to whatever lights you wish to use as CH / LH. All the connections can be made at the BCM above the pedals so no need to run wires to the fog lights.

Just check the amp rating of the unit as you will be powering 2 x 55w bulbs with a constant current draw (not peak) of around 10amps.

Alternatively you could retro fit all the requirements for OE lights, auto light switch, connections to the BCM and what ever else.

It can....using vcds.

i did it to avoid using the xenons for CH & LH.

you cant use the fogs instead?
