As pictures.  This is NOT for Fabia vRS which uses a thicker ARB.  I think these are powerflex bushes.

 

£10 inc postage.  Will include the mounts so in theory can just do a straight swap.

 

Note I also have a stock fabia vRS dogbone if you want a donor for polybushing. :)
