Removing Blower Motor

Hello Friends,

Greetings!!!

I have been trying to remove the glove box to take out the blower motor. There is a rattling noise in all speeds except 1. I could find discussions on how to remove glove box and blower motor, but are not clear.  (As I don't have much experience). Just bought a used one....2011 (Type 2 HTP)

I have removed the top box by removing two torx screwes on top. However, not able to open the side panel

(D - Shaped).  I tried to open it with a knife !. No luck. Looks like it may break....

I read somewhere in the forum, where somebody said he could remove it with a credit card...!

If any of you have any better picture/ step by step... for removing the gove box/ blower motor, kindly post it for me.
