Just bought my first Octavia - loving the car!

Coming from the world of Vauxhall for many years (stop laughing please) I definitely feel I'm 'stepping up' into the world of Skoda.

Why Vauxhall I hear you ask? Well, one Astra TD which took me to  145 000 miles, a second Astra 2.0 TDi which took me to 188 000 miles might answer your question...

I tend to keep a car I lilke, look after it, and just keep it going as long as I can. To me, that's environmentally the most responsible way. When you consider how much energy and resources go into making what is the ultimate consumer durable, the only responsible action is to cherish and extend its life as far as possible.

And give it a name - introducing Janacek - :sun: - my 1.6 TDi SE Octavia in Champagne silver!
