so WHY did a woman oncoming skim across my path turning to her right at the lights causing me to clench my buttocks......... and the one following her decide to follow her across my route, which meant we both had to do an ES in the lights?

Because if these were the B'ham Road / St John's Street lights, they had been stuck trying to turn right for 2 1/2 weeks and no bl**dy taxi driver was going to keep them from finally moving.

No, I came up George lane to the junction outside Greenhill chipshop going straight over to Argos, the 2 cars oncoming were coming from Argos and turning (their) right towards the bigger Greenhill lights
