how do u reset the service insp msg on the skoda fabia 1.2htp classic? 2004 year. had it serviced but all the tutorials on you tube are foreign and cant understand them

Switch ignition OFF.Press and hold button C while switching ignition ON.Release button C.Press and hold button .A for approximately 20 seconds.Wait for display to return to main menu .B.The service interval indicator is now reset.Switch ignition OFF.

It's the trip reset knob/button.

 

Alternatively open your glovebox, remove the owners manual (might be in the hidden compartment), turn to the relevant page and read!. If you don't have one, you can (or used to) download it from Skoda website.

Press and hold reset button whilst turning on ignition (without) it cranking over.keep button pressed in for around10 secs. Insp should reset turn of ignition. Think thats correct.
