I'm having a set of ST coilovers fitted tomorrow. They look very well made.

I'm not wanting to go low shes a daily hack 40 a day on poo poo back roads near me .... So sleeper type looking standard ish hight and half comfortable set up is what I need :-/

If they are made by KW then there won't any complaints anyway, go for it

That set up will be fine, i was on the 25mm AP kit which is very similar (also made by KW i believe) and used to to 450-500 miles a week, no issues at all, handled very well and the ride was actually a lot better then standard, which usually has you rolling out of your seat on a bend

I've had the ST fixed height dampers and springs on my Fabia vRS for a year now and they are very good. A very sporty, reassuring yet reasonably comfortable drive whitest only dropping the car about 30mm.

I really rate them. I used them on track at Castle Combe at the weekend. That are a massive improvement over my old Eibach springs and Koni dampers set-up.
