A quick question for those with a columbus. When you enter a postcode, does it normally give you the option to specify a house number? I've found recently that mine simply says no Street data available.

It never has on the MIB Columbus, and I have had units with 0101, 0110, 0202 and 0370 firmware across 2 cars now.

Hi Greg R... It may well be the same as the Amundsen II.... Try entering the postcode but omit the last one or two letters at the end... e.g. to find AB12 34CD

try entering AB12 34 or AB12 34C  with the Amundsen you then get an option to select Street & number. It may work - well worth a try.

The annoying thing is it isn't in the instruction manual at all!

That workaround does work on the Columbus as well

Seems a bit odd. It's no problem really... The previous unit i had in my Passat would only do the first 5 digits anyway.
