What is the itch leading you too?

Hopefully you'll stick around to offer your advice to others once you've swapped cars.

What is likely to replace the barge?

The itch was leading me to a fast big diesel estate. But everything I looked at was a bit bland. So I settled on an even bigger barge! A Jag XJ LWB. Like this, but in black:

Very Nice, I'm itching for an XF,

Nice V6 oil burner Xj lwb  on imperial car supermarket site.

Stunning looking car.

Good luck.

Very nice car but as has been said pop back in now and again.

Your words of wisdom will be missed, but I can see the attraction. All you need is a few flashing blue lamps, a Land Rover Discovery and some police motorcycles and you could impersonate the PM!

Yep, they're lovely, no doubt about it....

That's a shame Jake as you have helped my with numerous things on my Skoda Superb but looking to the future and on to bigger and better things...

Slightly jealous as the Jags are awesome cars!

By the way as/when i get my own Jag will you be able to give me the run down on Dash cam installation techniques??? ;)

The mobius dash cam will be one of the few mods that I will attempt!

Looking good Jake.

Lovely motor

And has been said, you needn't necessarily own a Skoda, to participate on Briskoda :)

I still like Superb more than XF ;-)

Lovely car Jake...I have to say that the XF Estate is a handsome beast too. In V8 petrol guise of course :D

Enjoy the new wheels....

Lovely Jake. The quality of the Jaguar product has dramatically improved under Tata ownership, setting-out their strategy from the start was to completely re-engineer and add new engines and models. I think they've achieved it...

The current Jaguar range is fantastic. I've been trying to work whether I could opt out and fund an XF myself.

Enjoy the new car, looks great.

Beautiful machine Jake - very sophisticated!  Not many cars beat the Superb for rear legroom but that looks huge!   All the best with it.

Same price bracket? The XF starts at 30k.

Or are you comparing a newer Superb with an older XF?

2.2 diesel not take your fancy? 163 or 220 PS I think, 2 versions.

All 2.2D's in budget would be 163PS. There is a 200PS now offered in Luxury and R-Sport guises, but only quite recently.

2.2s easily spotted by a single exhaust tailpipe :)
