Does anyone know of an email contact address that I can use for Customer Services that isn't to do with Finance? The one I sent to [email protected] got me a request for details of my loan and service plan agreements (of which I have neither) and for personal details inc address/postcode, and Date of Birth? Over an open email yet! 

 

So clearly I'm asking the wrong people.

I think you have to phone skoda customer services

You have to go through the website for a query or as said phone direct to them.

Well yes, you are asking the wrong people - you are mailing Volkswagen Financial Services, not Skoda. the clue is in the email!
