    It doesn't have the metal retaining clip. see below on top of the tissue paper, i have a slight drip and it seems to be coming from there...I've notice a small crack.

    Silly question: have you tried Skoda parts, maybe drive car to a Skoda workshop perhaps.

    Perhaps e-mail that picture to Skoda parts dept to identify with your registarion number too?
