Roomster front n/s hub

Hi- I have a roomster 1.4Tdi - dec 07. When changing the front discs the threaded hole for the caliper yoke in the front n/s hub stripped. I'm looking for another s/h hub but having difficulty. I thought there was a fair degree of interchangeability between Roomster, Fabia, Polo etc but so far have had no luck. Most hubs I've seen, seem to have an FS-111 caliper which makes the hub different and the disc smaller - my hub with a C54 caliper has a disc measuring 288mm, FS-111 seem to be around 258mm. My question is does anyone know which vehicles were fitted with the C54 caliper which is a fair bit larger than the FS-111.
