Quite enjoyed it, but yet again left with the same feeling of them just filling an hour long gap with 45 minutes of show... Plus points were

This was the best one of the current series.

Still cringeworthy in places but an improvement on past efforts , and they seem to have fixed the awful sound in the studio

I like Vikki. Her enthusiasm and sense of humour make the show. BUT................. When she laughs !!!! Awful !!!! :thumbdwn:

Nice review on the Bentley - the strip was quality, it does shift doesn't it?! And yeah, Tiff throwing his toys out of the pram going round Silverstone in an Accord

I just wish they'd improve their 'studio' banter or drop it altogether, and get someone who isn't blind and deaf to handle studio lights and sound

Damn.Quite enjoyed last nights.NSX,lovely.Maxxed Evo,shortened,widened and stripped out with about 800 bhp? :eek: sierra cosworth and a toyota that could do 200mph (cosworth 0-100 in 7 secs? :eek: ) Lovely esprit that lived up to the Lotus acronym (sadly) stunning DB9 convert(stupid test though,nicked fron top gear).

Quite good overall (top gear back Sunday though?)

not sure how good a job the tuning company did on the lotus. didnt seem to like being fettled with and throwing is oil everywhere

Watch abit of it again last night, I'm sorry but it bores me to death!

None of them can play off each other, even though they try! Everything feels fake and staged, that it feeling like I'm watchin a soap!

The hairy baboon annoys me, with he's unless comments! VBH voice grinds at me.

Though on the plus side I did really really like the DB9 last night yum!

nah they tried 100bhp shot of nitrous too. cant remember but i think the engine gave way, lost compression from what i remember

the petrol comparison should be worth tuning in next week

section on the modded EVO from Norris Designs and the Lotus project were the only things worth watching on last nights show IMHO.

the DB9 is a beautiful car but they'd have been better just driving it and showing us some cool camera work and moody shots.

that EVO recently ran a 1/4 mile at the pod in 7.6 seconds... its awesomely fast and very well put together, i didnt know until last night that it was shortened and widened and had 3 inches of the roof height chopped out.

to watch it go off the line almost sideways and still put in an 8.5 second 1/4 is something else.

severn valley are long time ford tuners and i thought they knew their stuff... i think the lotus they bought was a lemon though, the "expert" that sourced it needs a kick in the 4rse...

it didnt make 200mph, i think it just about topped the max mph of the standard car... the clutch was about to explode when they fitted it with 100bhp of NOS, that then toasted the engine when the fueling couldnt match the air intake... made a nice sound though when he came off the gas...

did anyone else notice the flames in the exhuast when they had the oil problem?...lol
