The wrap is covered by a 3 year warranty. It's not like the poorly applied cheap crap of 10 years ago.

Hmmm door kick plate still says Sline

How much extra they charging?

5 grand?

Bossfox will buy it and sell it on here in 6 months time for half what it cost him.

Yea, it's a S Line car, Poole Audi had it modded. Funnily enough my first thing I did when I saw it was tell the sales manager they should have had custom kick plates made too!

No idea what they are asking. I imaging only a fraction over normal TT list, say £1000. I don't think people will pay £5k over for it. It's more of a stunt to get people in the showroom.

Surely if you wanted to be stealthy you'd just drive around in something really inconspicuous like a boggo ford fiesta though :D?

Not a fan. The sales team either lack imagination or seriously like silver & grey on all the display cars.

Looks nice but I wouldn't pay any extra for it.

Would rather them have tuned it up to be ridiculous BHP or a good exhaust system, a little bit like they way Suzuki do the YOHI models of their bikes :D was tempted by the GSXR1000 YOSHI edition the extras are worth it on that.

Looks nice, something s bit different

Jose,

Not my cup of tea, but I recall Oliver Horton doing something similar with an Octavia Hatch Vrs MK3 demo car.

How are you progressing your sales on the Octavia vRS and the S1.

When do you take delivery of the RS3 - should look good in black. Black alloys(?)I like the met Grey also.

I'm pretty sure Oliver Horton's was a Mk2 Octavia which he had wrapped in matt black, and he ran it as his own car for a while, it didn't go straight in the showroom

Unlikely. :D

I like the iea of it though.

But would never buy a car that had been wrapped unless it was done by PW Pro.

Wrap may last 3 years, but it will deteriorate over time with road use.

And you can't be sure if there are any marks in the paint underneath.

What they've not mentioned is the car is hot pink under the wrap

I reckon this car was in the Audi showroom that recently collapsed.

A nice thick wrap and all is hidden :D

I'm waiting for the XC90 to appear with one next!
