I will be in the Ipswich area at the end of July (holidays, lol) but that's as close as I'm likely to get, still too far away. Plus it's a bit of a cheek to ask you to wait that long for the sale and then ask for a meet too. Looks like i'll just have to keep looking (hopefully a little closer to home). Shame that, yours sound perfect too.
