Having a chat with the dealer after my 24 hr test drive of the VRS and they advised as above that the no cost option for sat nav will expire shortly.

 

Lends weight to the theory that they are simply getting rid of the old stock amundsen units, although the dealer said it was simply a glitch in the system that allowed the sat nav as a no close option, and they have now corrected the glitch.....

If they've corrected the 'glitch' then surely it wouldn't still be available until the end of the month?!

I agree that it is simply a way for them to get rid of the old units before bringing out a newer model.

I'm not complaining either way as I got it free so it's all good.
