Can't believe it - 12 months...

Featured Replies

Well I can't believe it, I have had the reminder arrive to re-tax the "pride and joy"... Were the hell did that 12 months go!!! I can't believe how quick time has gone, and I still love the car, and get great pleasure driving it...

Picked the beauty up 28th June last year... and it's still only done 6300 miles! and 1000 of that was done in the first 3 weeks as I went on holiday in it the week after collecting... :)

Congrats - nice to hear you're still enjoying it. :D

Mine was regd March 24th this year and has 6000 miles on the clock....

Stuart, you need to get out more (yes, I know the Ibiza is you daily drive). Sometimes I cover 6k miles in 6 weeks or less!!!. Luckily mine's a company car so depreciation and servicing etc isn't a worry for me. I guess if you took the plates off it it could be a new car.

I'd have that mileage done in a couple of months ;)  Its not even run in yet!  I presume you intend keeping it for years to come or will it eventually become your main drive?

7 days 1000 miles this week, i wouldnt buy a diesel to do 6000 in a year, give me a Rover P5b coupe anyday....

Yes, it looks new Lol APART from about 4 small stone chips on the front... DAMN things :( supposed that is part of driving.....

I do 100 miles a day for 4 days every week in the Ibiza, Superb gets used Friday-Sunday and holidays... Maybe that's one reason I still love to drive it Lol

I was going to buy a Range Rover Sport, but all the dealers I spoke to wanted to give me nothing for my last Seat Exeo, best I got offered against a £50000 plus car was £8000... Got a better deal from Skoda...

Very low mileage for a diesel. Well I hope it gets a decent long run to clear that DPF every so often !

I can usually tell when it is doing that anyway, the revs increase and you can smell it, just take it for a blast .... My Exeo did similar mileage always did the same...

I do take it for a run every couple of weeks on a trip I do, so hopefully it keeps it running good :)

Besides I live in a village, so when I do go out in any direction from home it is 10-20 miles of 60MPH roads ..

Delivered Jan 2014. Now done 7500 miles. 10 minutes from train line. 10 minutes form airport. Now a tram service 5 minute walk away. Bus pass ....... But I do love taking the Superb out :0). Wheels thaking some punishment just damaged one today, second one since new. part for that looks showroom condition. So instead of driving I think I will buy it a tent and a chair and I will sit and look at it or sit in it and watch TV when I need some quiet !
