I used to do it with my old van. I was working in a morrisons when they had a really good deal on drums of veggy. The store manager got a bit prissy with me when I parked in front of the shop and pump

  • I've been running 100% SVO in my 1999 GLXi 1.9 TDi 90 bhp AGR engine for the last 7 years. So far done just over 100,000 miles on veg oil. Here are some of my experiences.   Buy the best quality oil

fuel filters block quickly after switching to veg, but once switched maybe every 5-8k. If you have a blocked sender then maybe its low quality oil with lots of fat?

oh and this time of year if you are using oil that was filtered on warmer days then the fats will solidify, might be worth re filtering now its cold. But oils filtered in winter and used in summer are really nice to use.
