Broken rear springs

Featured Replies

right, my vrs is significantly lower at the rear than the front - more so on the drivers side so fairly sure I have broken rear springs

what are my options for replacement - ideally I want to get the rear raised back up to at least the same height as the front

I wan't to know if this will cause issues with dampers?

If its on oem suspension just get a pair (do both sides) of oem rear springs.

if doing that work back there its easier just do the shocks aswel at the same time. At least then your all good.

Or are you loking at optons for an all rou d change to a different setup??

I am not looking to lower - I just want something that will take me back to an even ride height front and rear, and that will be better for towing than my current broken setup

not wanting to do dampers at this stage

can I get away with the heavy duty springs for the standard car or will this ruin handling/ride height/dampers?

I have found KTB RH6777 as an OE spare but want to consider other options

I've got a pair of vrs standard rear springs, done 75k and ride height looked fine, pm me if interested

anyone ever fitted the heavy duty springs to rear of vrs?

bump - still waiting on advice for this - tempted to fit uprated now as from what I can tell the spring rate will at least equal the vrs ones
