Maxidot surprise!

Featured Replies

Has anyone else with Maxidot ever seen this?

About 5-10 minutes into a journey a message flashed up on the maxidot.

"Key battery low, replace now" - may not be the exact words.

There was no "bong", it was there just long enough to read it before it went and if I hadn't been looking at the time I would've missed it.  It wasn't held in the "vehicle status" section

Been using the key for just over 2yrs but hadn't noticed any deterioration.  Left it for a couple of weeks and never saw the message again.  Changed the battery a couple of days ago.

How did it know?  Clever or what??

Wow that's quite cool never seen that before :)
