Already running one, and an ST, Amiga, Genesis.  None are as reliable or easy to use as I'd like, but thanks to the coders who wrote them anyway.

 

I think £100 was the discount price for investors.

El Reg implied that the developers might not actually own the rights to many of the games.

I think they had a lot of problems tracking down a lot of the developers since they will have all moved on and the companies will have been bought and sold many times and the Speccy stuff basically being forgotten about as worthless.

 

Nice idea, but I doubt I'd pay more than £20 for a box.

 

A lot of the games really aren't all that great when you go back to them.

They are crap. Things have moved on since then.

For me loading games from a cassette recorder was the most fascinating part of the whole process.
