2006 VRS PD - No power below 1500rpm

Featured Replies

Wonder if anyone has any ideas - it's exactly as described here.

Garage have been great - checked MAF(also tried cleaning), checked and even tried new EGR, checked manifold intake and exhaust side and it's all clear. No error codes shown as car has DPF delete.

Once past 1500rpm it runs as normal.

Cheers

Do you have VCDS Lite? If you do log the following while doing it.

Group 8 - fuelling requests

Group 11 - boost

Post the results.

Well an Italian tune up seems to have done the trick. I can get hold of vcds, I'll give that a look if it returns.

Thanks.

I have that same problem went to the garage today for the 4th time as no error codes but ive just changed my inlet as was shot.. today got told its the turbo, the small fan (sorry for non technical terms) has got stuck and its just the bigger one that kicks in at 1700 roughly so its a pain in the arse at roundabouts really haha getting a upgraded turbo next on the list I think
