Fun truck mot issue

Featured Replies

I need the correct exhaust back box to go on my fun truck, specific make and model as there is no universal coding system for exhausts.

I know it is different and we've tried three different styles estate, vw caddy and another all wrong.

It's become exhausting this search....ha ha

Thanks in advance

I probably can't help much but I'm sure someone on here can. I believe the exhaust styles aren't specific to the body style, but more the engine. The 1.6 (as in all funs) was available in all body styles, and although the trucks were different from cab onwards I belive the underside was almost identical (someone correct me if I am wrong). Therefore as long as it us a 1.6 Felicia exhaust, to my understanding, it should fit. Hopefully someone more experienced will be able to clarify.

That's what I used on my pickup, I'm not aware of the fun ones being different to the single cab.

The estate will be wrong because it used coil over shock rear suspension, if you try and fit an estate back box, it ends up in the spring (or tied to the towbar with a coat hanger in my case). I'm assuming the Caddy one was off a panel van rather than a pickup or cube van, which are a totally different vehicle.

All I've found so far is its the same up to the back box which goes over the axle.

A pickup only quirk
