Well after searching for a while we found an un-registered Octy I VRS in yellow with the right options for us and bought it. Today we picked it up.

Wouldn't have been able to have stretch to a new Octy II so this suits us perfectly.

She's now sitting proudly on our driveway next to our other 'sensible' family saloon car.

Since your sti is fettled I think you made the right choice forthe rs as the new rs or new octys won't be as easily tuned for a few years

Yes, no doubt I'll be finding yet more ways to spend money on cars

Nice one My wife uses ours daily, she absolutely loves it. She was a bit worried about the size as she had a Megane before the Octy, doesnt seem to worry her now though as she darts through traffic!

It's certainly interesting As you can see from the toruque curve, acceleration is pretty vivid.
