I have a 2011 VRS estate which needs stiffer suspension at the back. I'm going to fit Assisters, but I initially assumed the gap was 38cms so bought those ones, (26-38) but they went in too easily and I reckon the gap is closer to 40cms. Does anyone have any experience with these? Many thanks in advance.

Not clear from your post, but think you mean 26-38cm; but which product?

Might help people give more specific advice.

Why do you need it to be stiffer?

The VRS doesn't have the softest suspension.
