Skoda Felicia Tyre Pressures

Featured Replies

Hi all! I have a '98 Felicia SLXi, that I have just put some 15" alloys on. I just wondered what sort of tyre pressures other people were using with 15's (or similar) on a Felicia?

Cheers!

Alex.

I'm running 195/45 R15's, Rockford Alloy Wheels sent them to me with 28psi in each. Got the pump out yesterday & now got 32psi in all four. Couldn't really throw her about yesterday when I went for a drive - But reckon pretty good.

the manual recomends the higher presure wich is 28psi or 2.0 bar, i like to run my cars slightly under inflated but with the felicia is better to have it at full presure

The general rule is that pressure goes down with tread width, and up with lower section IIRC.

So we need to know what size tyres you've changed from and to. The wheel size doesn't necessarily come into it!

what i use to do on my VW Golf, that i used to use slighty deflated was to set the tires to a specific presure, ride it a little and the put more presure as needed, my goal was to has as little noise as posible and to feel a more cushioned ride while keeping drag down, it ended up being 24dpi on the back 26dpi on the front it gave me a great comfortable ride with good control on the rain (thanks to the back tires griping like crazy at that dpi)

I run mine about 32PSI all round

Dpi... what was i thinking, its psi (presure per square inch), i'm sorry for tha mommentary lapse of reason, i've been sick
