The reason for mitsubishi and subaru having such good names related mainly to rally success.Same for audi with 'quattro' becoming a special word.

I sincerely hope they do something.Success in rallies will get far more from the public than trouser presses and JD power surveys.

I'd say it's especially true with Subaru - before they became success in WRC they were seen as farmers cars.
