VRS Seat comfort (vs Mk2)

Featured Replies

How comfy are the seats in a Mk3 VRS?

Can anyone on here tell me how they compare to the Mk2 please?

Better still, is there anyone in Ayrshire that wouldn't mind me sitting in theirs? Wouldn't ask to drive it, just sit in it and make vroooom noises!

I'm looking to change my seats and mk3 seems the obvious choice before I start looking to Audi.

Cheers

Just sit in a dealers car ?

Just sit in a dealers car ?

That's not a bad idea, but I don't remember there being one in the dealers when I was there last.

I'll drop in at another tomorrow maybe.

Mk3 vrs seats are more comfortable than the mk2 imo (had leather in both). The mk3 seats feel a little bit wider...

+1 wot he said

+2 what Brooksuk said.

I collected my mk3 a couple weeks ago from Ingram , think they had another in

Much better. I have a bad back and it was one of the main reasons I sold my mk2.

Thanks, at least I know I'll be more comfortable when I upgrade to a Mk3.

Won't be changing to Mk3 seats at the moment, just got a price back from the breakers - £1000  :peek:

The seats are more comfortable in the MK3 but the side support isn't as good, IMO
