McRae, Out Clutch Failure

Featured Replies

McRaes Fabia is out due to clutch failure. Maybe should have bought the Sachs one.

Maybe an idea to give him a call, eh Xav? ;)

Indeed :D

Mine's doing well, no slippage at all now.

Oh, and the 2 deg inlet temps last night combined with FMIC and hybrid turbo really made the torque pin you in your seat  And that's before it gets tweaked  :D (takes not of dangerous remaps thread ;) )

RALLY AUSTRALIA

Thats a pity, he wasn't running to far behind Duval on Sat, I know that a lot of the other boys were out but Duval ain't that slow. Armin was well off the pace.

Was watching it on ITV today, and was getting more and more excited, finally they're going to get a decent result. Getting quite patriotic(!) there to skoda. Pretty gutting when they couldnt change the clutch in time and you could tell the crew were devestated.

It just shows that all these years, that theres nothing wrong with the car, they just needed a decent driver.

I really hope they do continue next year. Maybe we need to start a petition to convince the board to continue and with Mcrae!

Totally agree

I was all Excited about The skoda coming 2nd as I also didn't know the result until they showed it on ITV :(

Was gutted when I heard on Sunday really downer after all that had been put in by all!

Typical fabia though being the clutch knackering :D

Major bummer was good to see him back up there!
