Those metal plates are a temporary solution. If you don't have enough money, buy just the rubber bush. But you'll need an extractor and a press to replace it in place. Otherwise buy a new water pump. How old is the water pump?

I think that's age, has about 6 years the water pump but the pump is good in the cooling part, also the support is not broken.

I can go and get the support without the slightest effort.

place 2 vertical screw past the base of the boma water and the metal of the bracket. You say friend?
